Lust Vs Must: ALDO Bergeron Clutch

Lust Vs. Must, anyone?Lust Vs Must: black glitter clutch

I am super excited about sharing this weeks Lust Vs. Must with you because every girl needs a cute, envelope clutch!
I know, I know– you probably want to scold me for posting black purses after I just wrote an article on Monday all about how blue is the go-to color of the season. But, that doesn’t mean that black doesn’t have its place; and incorporated with sparkly embellishment and gold hardware is a good place to be.
The Karen Millen, crystal encrusted, LUST version of this bag goes for $225 online and is limited edition. It’s showy and a little edgy, and the suede body gives a little more of a luxe feel. But, the price tag gives a heart attack!
Why not consider this option….
The ALDO Bergeron Clutch  is a bit more kitschy and made from cheaper materials however, I am actually more drawn to it. The bonus is that it only costs $40 AND comes in three colors! White, black, and gold. It gives quite a street savvy look to the simplest of attire and not only keeps your essentials close but, attractive. I can guarantee you’ll get noticed in the Starbucks line with this baby! Also, it would convert to a night-time get-up as well. Both of which I have put together affordable examples of.
First, I put together a plain chartreuse jumper and a gray wash pant to soften the contrast. Following suit with the gold implements on the bag, I went with cap toed, black loafers and a gorgeous long, feminine,  pendant necklace. Versatile, cube cluster earrings and a pale pink gloss finish the look for a carefree, informal look for the work week.
Cozy Clutch
The next outfit is one that I personally would wear to a rehearsal dinner, dinner at a nice restaurant, or a night at the theater.
The scallop hemmed dress is very ladylike, especially when worn with a nude t-strap, mary jane, wedged shoe. Etched rhinestone, stackable bangles bring have a high-end finish that take this ensemble to the next level of class, without going over the top.
