I hope you guys are as excited to read this post as I am to write it. I love showing you what I’ve been up to and what products I’m into at the moment and this article couldn’t have come … Continue reading
Good morning, my dears! I am so happy to be pouring energy back into blogging. It’s becoming more and more of a release, especially because we have been going through some stressful times recently. I’ve been on a bit of … Continue reading
Hello, my loves! Today, I want to say, before going on to anything else, that I am having technical difficulties with my computer charger and I am posting from my hubby’s work laptop… So, I am very behind on reading … Continue reading
I’m no pro-blogger. I didn’t start it to make money, or get noticed, or collaborate with brands. If all that happened one day, don’t get me wrong, I wouldn’t complain but, blogging is actually enjoyable to me– exactly as it … Continue reading
Threw this outfit together on a whim. I’ve been looking for stretchy, comfy skirts that can still look professional lately and when I found this polka dotted, pencil skirt at Target the other day I snapped it up in an … Continue reading
Hey everyone! I didn’t have any planned posts for today, surprisingly. Due to my OCD I almost always have something scheduled but, this weekend we are going out of town so I have been a little discombobulated when it comes … Continue reading
As I posted last week, the weather in North Carolina is holding it’s own. Most days now are sunny and in the 60’s or 70’s which makes it perfect for a light jacket & scarf. Today, I wasn’t feeling very … Continue reading
For the last few years, blue handbags have been spotted on the arm of numerous trend-setting celebrities. And, this season, what is Glamour magazine (November 2013 issue) saying is the hottest accessory? A blue handbag! When it comes to what … Continue reading
If you’re like me, you make lists on the back of lists you already accomplished to remind yourself to make a neater version of the same list later. That’s my OCD… lists, on lists, on lists. Because of that, I have been thinking about what to pack for our New York trip, coming up next week, for the last few weeks.
Today, I just couldn’t contain myself and started piecing some things together for our FULL day in the city, where I plan to eat, shop, and spend time with my family.
Here’s what I came up with… And, I’m totally in love.
Flared Leg Jeans: eBay, $15.
(I talk more about these here… Someone definitely ripped themselves off by selling these in such perfect condition so cheap)
Plain White Tee- Target, $10
Fringe Vest- Bijuju, $36
Felt Panama- Bijuju, $15
Loafers- Shoe Carnival, $30
Leather/Stone Bracelet- $40 (splurge purchase from a quaint store in Charleston, SC)
So, as the title of this post suggests (and after reading that I got two of the items I’m wearing in the photos from a store called Bijuju. I’m not sure how many of you have this store near you (since they are only in North and South Carolina) but, if you do, you love it– I already know. 😉 Seriously the best store when it comes to spicing up your wardrobe. Visit their website and check out some of their super cute inventory.
What would you wear if you were planning a fun walk-about in the city?– Leave your ideas below or post your outfit and put your link in the comments!
